How much is shipping?
We are no longer offering shipping, all orders are available for local store pickup only.
When can I pick up my order?
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup! Items can be picked up in-store during normal business hours. (Monday - Saturday 9:30am-9pm, and Sunday 10am-8pm) If you prefer to do curbside pickup, just call us when you arrive and we will be happy to bring your order to you car.
Can I do curbside pickup or do I have to come inside the store?
Yes, we can do curbside! Just give us a call when you are here, and we will bring your order out to your car
What is your return policy?
In-store returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached and receipt for full refund. Once return is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Items may not be returned while store is temporarily closed.
Items may only be returned at the store, we do not accept mailed returns.
I have a question about my order, who do I contact?
Email us or give us a call! To ensure we are practicing social distancing, we have limited staff working currently. But we will get back to you within 24 hours!
Where does your inventory come from?
We buy all of our inventory from our customers! Everything we sell is gently used, but in great condition and current style. Our certified buyers check every item we buy and if it doesn’t meet our brand standards, we don’t buy it. We have temporarily paused buying while our physical stores are closed, but you can read more about our buying process here.
